In 2012 Rick joined his wife Amy and adopted a whole food, plant based diet. Rick lost over 100 pounds and has kept it off. He also eliminated all prescriptions including hypertension and cholesterol medications. Rick also wrote a wfpb sos free recipe e-book called “Plant Based, Sos Free Recipes: Like Flavor?
