It's not about rejecting kindness, or gender bashing. It's not about being snarky or uncaring. It's about changing a narrative that measures the utility of a woman (amongst other things) by her perceived external beauty as it relates to an ill-defined stereotype of 'age'. Breaking out of the box of age and beauty isn't about leaving the aesthetic behind, but it is about wanting to see deeper, being open to seeing more in a being than the assets bequeathed to her by nature.
