  • Robert Hansen grew up under the strict thumb of his father. The son of a baker, he grew to love the craft once on his own. As a young child he suffered from a stutter, severe acne, and isolation from his peers due to his home responsibilities. His father pushed him into hunting, finally finding pride in the man he was becoming. After a short stint in the military, Robert married, twice. The second marriage brought family, growth, and an expansion to Alaska. But Alaska proved to be dangerous for the women that inhabited it once he arrived. He didn't just murder women, he set them loose in the wild, then hunted them until their end.
