Tonight, I wanted to take a minute to talk about some of the strategies I use to dampen down the normal worries I have before departing for the open ocean. I will be setting sail in the morning for a few weeks of offshore solo sailing and figured it was a good time to share some of the tricks I use to make sure I am still having fun while taking on the challenge of ocean sailing.
