  • Summary

  • Salt Pepper Ketchup (SPK) is a biweekly podcast from two D.C. Natives Angel and Zoha.  The two met in their 20s and have formed friendship that allowed them to grow and witness each other. In this friendship space they have open, honest and reflective weekly conversations about healing; which became the foundation for this show. During each show the two discuss various  healing dynamics and sometimes they invite a guest to join them. This sharing reveals the unique experience of exploring relationships, family issues, love and more from the lived experiences of being  both Black and woman.
