For what was actually our test shoot (which we decided to share anyway because the music and conversation was just so good!) Carrie and Sarah journey into rich personal topics with the intention of sharing vulnerably to support deep connection throughout humankind.

In this conversation Sarah plays three heart-filled songs and also speaks into the topics of: motherhood, what she wants for her son, her shadows and building capacity in working with them consciously, her journey of self-love and becoming a "self-love detective", sovereignty outside of and within partnership, working with the moon cycles and her body cycles, women's work and ritual, healing the sister wound, birthing herself through expressing fully her feelings including rage, tools that work for her when going through her birthing/healing work: movement, sounding, crying, creating music, connecting to, working with, and learning from nature (including powerful tree hugs), the wound of rejection and its healing through belonging, living on path and within purpose, and more.
