My father Kevin divorced my mother Judith, and won, in the Dandenong Family Law Court in the late 1970's. I was at the hearing. He wasn't available and sent his lawyer. She was excluded from any of his personal items or property, and got only money, including my father Kevin being ordered to leave her $10K and no more in his estate document.

My father Kevin divorced my mother Judith over 5 years before he became a Duke of Austria and Lord of Hungary, when his father Duke and Lord James Henry Webb the Habsburg died in Queensland in 1984.
