Today ​we're ​sitting ​down ​with ​Katie ​Banks, ​Deputy ​Head ​Academic, ​who ​joined ​the ​school ​this ​term ​with ​a ​rich ​background ​in ​education, ​including ​roles ​at ​The ​Perse ​in ​Cambridge, and Guildford ​High ​School. ​She ​joined ​RHS ​from ​Bishop's ​Stortford ​College. ​

We ​talked ​to ​her ​about ​the ​importance ​of ​education ​in ​preparing ​young ​people ​for ​a ​rapidly ​changing ​future ​so ​that ​they ​are ​resilient, ​happy ​and ​successful ​students. ​We also ​discussed ​the ​role ​of ​AI ​in ​the ​classroom, ​why ​every ​lesson ​matters, and ​her ​love ​of ​the ​outdoors, ​particularly ​the ​view ​seen ​from ​her ​office.

Today ​we're ​sitting ​down ​with ​Leigh ​Corbould, ​head ​of ​Drake ​House, ​who ​joined ​the ​school ​eight ​years ​ago. ​His ​enthusiasm ​for ​the ​pastoral ​life, ​the ​school ​and ​how ​important ​he ​sees ​that ​as ​a ​role, ​is ​evident. ​
