Interesting and broad

This seems to be directed at women and minorities, however, checks many of items I am concerned with.

The idea of having a superpower is still a big vague for me and need to figure it out.
Some common sense ideas. And more geared for less defined jobs. ie. Coders code.
If you are a consultant - yes.

Good info for all ages.

One things I described to is millennials see the potential for multiple careers, not one for life. I like this mindset, and applies to me. It does tie into being your own brand and knowing your values. And being comfortable with change.

Good conversations and stories told here.

Short and worth a listen even if in a solid career as a check in.

Was hard to listen to

Moving past the coffee shop chat style of discussion, to pick out ideas that would help benefit me as a millenial male. I found myself constantly derailed as the speakers made it quite obvious that they were primarily focused on delivering a message to women and women of color. Comments would be made that "if I were a man this wouldn't be asked of me", when in fact as a male I was asked the same thing. This was a very targeted message, and that's fine, maybe the title should reflect that. I did move past the bias and write down some good points in which I will use going forward, particularly in the interview process.

As a brown person, I did not like it.

It's not giving any proper principles or map about want to do.
Long personal stories are boring.
