Granger Taylor was a Canadian mechanical genius who became obsessed with UFOs and the idea of interstellar travel. In 1980, he left a cryptic note for his family stating he was embarking on a journey aboard an alien spacecraft, then vanished without a trace. Years later, fragments of his truck were found in a remote area, leading to speculation that he either perished in an explosion or truly left on the journey he envisioned.
