I discuss my experiences with stuttering and its impact on my life. I reflect on how society views stuttering and its effect on one's self-image. I consider the possibility that stuttering might not be a significant issue for most people who hear it and that they might not even notice it. I also explore the connections between stuttering, social anxiety, self-judgment, and conditional love. I share insights on the importance of unconditional self-love and how movement can help manage stuttering.
