Nestled in Chico, California, the passion project of industry legend Ken Grossman quickly became and has continued to persist as the standard bearer in the industry for quality and consistency. Having Nick & Jordan in house to discuss this industry powerhouse was so much fun and to hear the detailed stories of both Ken Grossman as an owner and the brand itself. This was a fantastic episode and the level of attention to detail from an industry giant was wildly impressive. If you want to immerse yourself in Craft Beer, this is the episode to start with... for sure!
