About Swati Ganeti: Swati Ganeti is a Wharton class of 2019 alumnus. She did her engineering from IIT Delhi and had a stint in consulting with Bain. Post MBA, she narrowed her focus on the Edtech space, joining White Hat Junior as a Chief of Staff to CEO Karan Bajaj. Early in 2022, she started her own Edtech company Softclay and recently came onboard with Masters' Union to lead their Undergraduate program.
