    May 13 2021

Picture a community swimming pool in the middle of summer. All the children are laughing and splashing in the pool, fully confident that they know how to swim, except one. One child didn’t know how to swim. She would sit on a float or hover on the side of the pool and let her little feet dangle into the water, but she wasn’t able to join in on the fun because she never learned to swim.

Today I’m talking with my friend Danielle Bakic. She’s a children's author, business owner, mom, and Christian wife. And while this episode isn’t specifically about creating content, it does show us how you can take one area of your passion, repurpose what you know, and build an empire.

Coach Danielle is the Founder and CEO of Coach Danielle's Swimming Fishies and she has recently published a children's book called My Swim Adventure. This book is basically Swim Lessons in a book, but full of fun analogies, like Cotton candy, ice cream, and donuts. Using fun descriptive sweet words that kids love allows them to remember the swimming concepts easier and in a fun way. You can learn about Danielle on her Facebook page - Coach Danielle's Swimming Fishies

    And her website MySwimAdventure.com
