    Oct 27 2021

WEBB Squared provides a framework of services for Black entrepreneurs that features a power-shifting approach to growth by providing the following cornerstones of service:

    1. Paradigm Shifting Re-Orientation

    2. Collaboration with leaders who share our values of unity and interdependence and that prioritizes relationship building.

    3. Attracting Equitable Investors who value transformational, long-term relationships that fosters community wealth and well-being.

    4. Providing Business Technical Support

We speak with them about their unlikely origin story of their working together. David shares his perspective after sitting in on a community meeting in the wake of George Floyd and the frustration and anger he felt at the enormity of the hurdles to be overcame. These being vulnerable led them to their next step which was beginning to put together a framework that could help address issues faced by Black entrepreneurs over time.

"We recognize that authenticity is the most critical ingredient in the alchemy of success. We maintain a clear channel between our highest values and how we show up in the world, our deepest passions and the offerings we bring into the marketplace; and the relationships that we form and maintain with everyone in our lives and our businesses."

  • 4th Down Foundation
    Oct 27 2021

Beginning in 2015, the 4th Down Foundation served as a motivational speaking program for high schools, focusing on tools for prevention of harmful behaviors in order to preserve career potential and reduce rates of substance abuse.

But they realized their foundation could be more effective by focusing our time and energy on building sustainable leadership development platforms for high school sports teams.

With the help from coaches, teachers, and counselors, our leadership program continues to infiltrate more high schools and is becoming one of the fastest growing non-profit organizations in North Carolina.

The 4th Down Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves high schools and universities by helping to build customized and sustainable leadership development programs for their athletic teams.

They provide leadership conferences, special events, and retreats in order to fund our mission and educate athletes on the fundamentals of leadership while providing opportunities for those individuals to apply that knowledge in team-based challenges designed to test and build their leadership abilities.

We talk about how their foundation has grown, how they are leveraging a relationship with the Marine Corps and how you can make a difference in your community by joining the 4th Down Foundation as a volunteer or donor.
