Being an independent broker for 8 years of his early real estate career, Kyle never thought of joining a brokerage since he thought the cons outweigh the pros.

The brand is not the brokerage.
We are our own independent brand. The brokerage is just a vehicle that we clear our transactions through.
With eXp, there’s no need for his agents to live from commission check to commission check. Now, their agents have the ability to build passive income for themselves which was something that he can’t provide his agents before joining eXp.
