Today I’m honored to have back on the show once again, MK ULTRA, satanic ritual abuse, and organized abuse survivor, overcomer and whistleblower, targeted individual, writer and author of the book “Our Life Beyond MK ULTRA: Then and Now", and a hero who has spent years blinding the darkness with her light, Elisa E!

A little bit about Elisa if you missed her other episodes or are new here, and a sneak peek of what you can expect to hear about on today’s podcast:

Born into a multi-generational, incest-based military family in the mid-20th century, Elisa was ensnared from infancy in the shadowy web of MK ULTRA trauma-based mind control programs. Through her father's military connections - tied to branches like the Office of Naval Intelligence - she was subjected to extreme, systematic abuse starting as a small child. Her programming fractured her psyche into dissociative identities, conditioning her to serve as both a sex slave and a highly trained assassin deployed on covert kill missions for high-level handlers and networks advancing hidden agendas.

The horrors she endured were not confined to isolated incidents but spanned decades: ritualistic torture on military bases, repeated sexual and physical violations, forced witnessing of atrocities, and reinforcement through holidays, birthdays, and ongoing "on-task" operations.

Even into adulthood, the control persisted - through remote technologies, directed energy weapons, frequency-based targeting, and what she describes as evolving electronic mind control. What began in the 1960s with classic MK ULTRA methods (drugs, hypnosis, electroshock, and occult elements) slid into more advanced eras: remote altar switching in the 1970s–80s, cloning technologies, brain-computer interfaces (BCI), AI-driven algorithms, and biohacking via DNA signatures. Elisa's testimony bridges these eras, exposing how MK Ultra never truly ended but was rebranded, upgraded, and scaled - now affecting targeted individuals globally through corporatized military-intelligence operations.

On Elisa’s last couple episodes, we dove deep into her testimony - outlining her family’s history and ties to MK ULTRA, her experiences in the programs, and the evolution of MK ULTRA across generations and during the lifespan of a victim and survivor going from being a lab experiment to a targeted individual. Chosen for her particular bloodline, high cognitive abilities and physical prowess, Fiona was a perfect subject for MK ULTRA mind control programming, which took place in numerous universities and underground facilities both in Australia and abroad. Other nightmarish crimes perpetrated upon her throughout her childhood include ritual abuse, torture, the witness of torture and murder, being dressed as a teddy bear whilst hunted for sport at the annual camp at ‘The Bohemian Grove.’

Fiona Barnett’s testimony provides a very clear and detailed picture of global child trafficking, which, she explains, “is run as a single coordinated operation through the CIA in collaboration with British and Australian Intelligence Services.”

In her testimony, she interweaves her personal account with a vast research-knowledge of the history, practices and interconnection between intel-agency child trafficking, Luciferianism, ritual abuse, and MK ULTRA mind control, all of which she witnessed and suffered at the hands of.

Fiona was eventually able to escape the cult and has since made numerous attempts to have her perpetrators brought to justice. Her story has been publicly derided and she has been prevented from leading any semblance of a normal life.

Her testimony was heard via a virtual sitting of the ITNJ’s Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking & Child Sex Abuse on 7th July, 2018, before Chief Justice, Dr. John Walsh of Brannagh, His Grace Bishop Riah Abu El Assal, ITNJ Commissioner Carine Hutsebaut, and ITNJ Trustees Reverend Dr. Nancy Ash and Connie Broussard.

Born into a world tainted by multigenerational trauma, Fiona's nightmare began in childhood, ensnared in Australia's underbelly of elite pedophile rings and occult rituals. Ritually abused by figures including her Nazi grandparents, British Playschool presenter John Hamblin, and CIA-linked psychologists like Antony Kidman (father of actress Nicole Kidman), she endured programming that included hypnosis, psychedelics, rape, waterboarding, sensory deprivation, spinning, and electrocution as part of MK-ULTRA and MK-DELTA.

These experiments unfolded in places such as hidden facilities, where she was groomed as a "Candy Girl" child prostitute trafficked to VIPs - including U.S. President Richard Nixon, media mogul Ted Turner, and actress Meryl Streep - and trained as an MK-DELTA child soldier in psychic warfare, involving gruesome acts like cannibalism and ‘the most dangerous game’ of human hunting.

Fiona's awakening marked a pivotal turn. Over a decade ago, she became the first whistleblower to publicly expose Australia's involvement in this Western military intelligence-coordinated trafficking operation, testifying before the Child Abuse Royal Commission, holding a high-profile Sydney press conference, and submitting complaints to health authorities, NSW Police, and the Australian Federal Police. Her allegations against Antony Kidman led to his placement on suicide watch and mysterious death in Singapore, with altered cause-of-death reports. Undeterred by relentless harassment and defamation, she launched a six-year independent campaign for victim protection and trauma therapy. Blacklisted from mainstream platforms, she turned to alternative media, collaborating on the historically ground-breaking "Candy Girl" documentary, hosting podcasts, publishing articles, and releasing her groundbreaking book Eyes Wide Open for free - an underground classic distributed via David Icke's website, detailing trauma-based mind control, satanic ritual abuse, and global cover-ups without any monetization. Her efforts reintroduced "ritual abuse" into public discourse, influencing Prime Minister Scott Morrison's 2018 national apology to child abuse victims, sparking police taskforces, and leading to convictions of low-level perpetrators.

In case you missed any of Doug’s previous episodes, here’s a little overview to catch you up and a teaser about what you’ll be hearing about today...

Born in 1961 in Sydney, Australia Doug entered a world of unimaginable darkness. Raised in a multi-generational incest-based family deeply embedded in a cult network, he was brutalized from infancy - physically beaten for the slightest disobedience, sexually and ritually abused, experimented on with LSD and electrocution, trafficked, and programmed through MK ULTRA to create functional dissociation that created amnesic barriers and a hidden double life. The people meant to protect him - his parents and other adults around him - treated him as an object to be used, broken, and silenced.

What they never counted on was the unbreakable light inside him.

His firstborn brother was ritually sacrificed when Doug was twenty, another trauma wrapped in lies and destroyed records. When his own daughter was born, the memories crashed through: holding a knife as a three-year-old while a little girl was murdered, being dumped in the ocean to drown, his father triggering switches before assaults so he’d wake with no memory. His mother poisoned his food into recent years; his father embodied the cult’s perfect mask - charming front, murderous core.

Doug pieced it together through relentless research - DNA tests, destroyed medical files, hospital histories, ancestral trauma patterns - all while facing death threats, government harassment, heart attacks that weren’t natural, and family sabotage that never stopped.
Yet he rose.

His healing journey - through therapy, plant medicines, bilateral journaling, somatic release, and an unshakable connection to Source and God - has been raw, terrifying, and miraculous. He has assimilated alters, faced ego death, severed toxic soul ties, changed his soul group, and learned to love every fractured part of himself. Angels shielded him as a child and his guides still speak with humor and wisdom. Doug shakes when trauma surfaces, yet he stands up one more time than he falls. He reminds men especially: “You were born pure. Abuse does not define your masculinity. And self-love is the ultimate rebellion.”

Today, Doug is going to talk about how he has rebelled against his own abuse through remembering and healing - and how this has set him free. He will also be revealing more about the continued abuse he continues to be targeted for as a whistleblower, and the inter-related cover-ups that are layered on top of the silencing and intimidation tactics he and so many others face for shining a light on the things the world was supposed to be kept in the dark about.

It was based on the 1963 short story "Eight O'Clock in the Morning" by Ray Nelson. Rachel's journey into advocacy is rooted in a childhood marked by instability, long before the predators of the online world targeted her. Born into a home fractured by a controlling father and sustained by a devoted mother who navigated the chaos with unwavering love, Rachel developed the subtle vulnerabilities common to many children in dysfunctional environments. These early experiences - unpredictable dynamics, emotional turbulence, and a quest for stability - laid an invisible foundation that groomers would later exploit. Yet, even amid the turmoil, Rachel harbored expansive dreams, envisioning a future as bright as the cosmos, with aspirations that reflected her innate potential and unyielding spirit.

The pivotal chapter of Rachel's ordeal unfolded during her teenage years, coinciding with the dawn of social media's widespread influence. Eager to be a part of this new dynamic of socialization, she created an account on MySpace, one of the era's pioneering platforms. Unaware of the lurking perils in this new digital landscape, Rachel connected with a seemingly supportive woman who offered mentorship and investment in her ambitions. In retrospect, this "friend" was a calculated recruiter for an online human trafficking network, preying on vulnerable young girls by dangling the allure of their dreams as bait. What began as innocent online interactions spiraled into a web of manipulation, blackmail, and coercion, trapping Rachel in a cycle of sex trafficking that exploited her insecurities and isolated her from escape. This grim reality underscores a chilling statistic: predators increasingly use social media to groom victims, with reports of online enticement rising over 300% in recent years.

But from the ashes of her trauma, Rachel has risen as an indomitable warrior, transforming her pain into profound purpose. Embracing the irony of her testimony’s origins, she returned to social media not as a victim, but as a vigilant advocate and educator. As a survivor, influencer, woman, and mother, she offers a multifaceted lens on these platforms' risks and rewards. On her Instagram account - where she has garnered a ton of attention and loyal followers - she whistleblows on grooming tactics, shares her personal testimony to bring awareness, and equips parents with practical tools to safeguard their children.

Inspirational in her authenticity, Rachel models a bold redefinition of influence: prioritizing impact over popularity. She humanizes the statistics, reminding us that behind every trafficking case is a person with dreams derailed but not destroyed. Her testimony is far more than a cautionary tale - it's a powerful testament to the unbreakable human spirit. What was meant to destroy her has instead forged her into a force for change, proving that even the deepest darkness can give birth to extraordinary light.

A life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Justin was recently ex-communicated from the church - which ironically aims to help cultivate a safer environment in the church for abuse victims, children, and survivors. As many of you know from listening to this podcast or similar podcasts, religious institutions have - over time - become cesspools for abuse to happen and for abusers to hide - and the LDS church is no exception. This is not to say that all members of the church are corrupt or bad - this is to say that Justin has revealed some hidden connections that have been in plain sight connecting the LDS church to a long-standing relationship with the CIA as well as exposing the systemic problem of ritual abuse that has since manifested into countless testimonies from survivors who were preyed upon by perpetraitors hiding behind the goodwill and secrecy embedded into the church’s very foundations.

In Justin’s words: “When people get abused in the Church and seek help, they think they're going to get treated as a child of God, but instead they learn very quickly that their experience is dangerous to the brand of LDS, Inc., and they get treated like a Human Resource problem.”

On today’s episode, Justin is going to examine the alleged ties between the recently released Jeffrey Epstein documents and Utah/Mormon communities, highlighting mentions like Park City trafficking references, a bizarre 2022 letter claiming a woman’s University of Utah daughter sent weekly pints of “Mormon blood” to Epstein in exchange for school expenses, and drawing parallels to ritual abuse survivor testimonies.

Through Justin’s tireless investigations, he amplifies the voices of survivors, challenges entrenched power structures, and calls for accountability, healing, and safer spaces for children and victims. Justin's work embodies the rare blend of intellectual rigor, moral conviction, and heartfelt empathy - reminding us all that one person's relentless pursuit of light can ignite hope, spark reform, and ultimately help break cycles of darkness for generations to come. His bravery inspires us to confront uncomfortable truths, stand with the silenced, and believe that justice and compassion can prevail when good people refuse to look away.

Hollywood Filmmakers Shine A Much-Needed Light On Child Trafficking With A Compelling Independent Feature Film ‘A Child’s Voice’

No Restrictions Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based production company has completed principal photography on the supernatural thriller ‘A Child’s Voice’. Based on the testimony of former FBI agents, documented court cases and interviews from survivors, the film exposes a hidden network of child abduction, trafficking and murder as seen through the eyes of two homeless teens who try to put a stop to it.

A Child’s Voice is a supernatural thriller about a homeless teenage boy who hears the voice of a child calling for help and embarks on a journey to track down the child’s killer.

Karen Zgoda, PhD student in public policy expressed the importance of this film, “children that survive horrific sexual abuse and sex trafficking are seldom given a voice in our popular culture, and yet ‘A Child's Voice’ not only gives them a voice but an avenue for justice for the crimes committed against them.”

No Restrictions’ President John Paul Rice said the film’s message “is about the unifying power of human beings’ love in the face of unconscionable horror and death.” Rice added, “it is our hope this piece of art will inspire people to take action in their homes, communities, and churches as well as work with local law enforcement and business leaders to put a permanent end to these criminal networks.”

No Restrictions Entertainment has financed, produced and distributed 6 independent feature films over the past 9 years. The company's projects have focused on topics that deal with issues ranging from homelessness, runaways, drug addiction, domestic violence, social justice and mental health. The company’s goal in making these films is to humanize issues not often addressed in Hollywood films and inspire actionable change.
