Today is a bit of a history lesson, friends. Katie tells us about the “LGBT Purge” which occurred against employees of the federal public service between the 1940’s and the early 1990’s.
While we have come a long way, we still have leaps and bounds to make to ensure every single person feels safe and respected being their authentic selves not only in the workplace but everywhere in society 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
