loved it

I like declutter steps that doesn't involve emotions. more "get it done", than "how it feels".

hilarious bloopers!

I own a rage room business so your annoyance with your computer cracks me up! You are not alone! Loved the chat on sleep and that the Doc admitted to using her phone in bed.

WOW...This gave me so much to unpack!!!

I am so grateful that you have started this Podcast!!! it is so raw and vulnerable. I feel a connection to your story and can't even explain how badly I needed to hear this right now!!!

Thank you Mel, for being you, for being real, and for sharing your story to help us find our true selves along the way! This has been an incredibly hard year of transition for me.

Your reminder to love and trust in myself and the process AND that NO ONE IS COMING has been what I needed to keep going!!!
