    Listener Question:

  • Finding The Perfect Role
    Dec 3 2024

Charlotte, Charlie and Millie discuss whether there is such a thing as the perfect role.

Is there? As Nannies are we able to shape our perfect role? What is negotiable and what is not?

Have you seen a job advert that is almost perfect? The ladies talk through the importance of never being too afraid of asking the question… is it possible to have more hours, less? To travel? To live out? If the Nanny doesn’t ask the question they won’t know and could miss out on what could be their perfect role.

    Listener’s Question:

Hey girls! I really enjoy the podcast. I really loved last week's episode on travel. I have a quick question because I have recently travelled with my job and I am quite upset that I ended up working as much as I did. Much more than my contracted hours. I haven't been paid for these extra hours because my employers' view was that they were around during the day and they covered my flights, accommodation and food. I don't think this is very fair, what shall I do?
