Yeah, me too. In this week's episode I talk about the importance of setting boundaries for yourself on social media. You don't need to follow people that are no longer a part of your life. You don't need to subject yourself to comparison and envy by following someone who has the life you wish you had. I know it's easier said than done but hopefully my experience gives you the push you need.
