Why is a morning routine so important, and what does my personal routine look like? A question I was asked by a follower on Instagram. Since I have been dealing with this topic for almost a year now and it has changed my life, I didn’t want to keep this from you.
In today’s episode, I talk about my personal experience, what I find difficult, and what helps me to stick with it anyway. I share some insights from books like *The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma* with you, which have been particularly helpful to me on this topic, and of course, the benefits a good morning routine brings with it.
At this point, I would also like to mention that every person is different. This means, take with you what you think could also work for you or adapt certain things. It should become YOUR personal morning routine that helps YOU start the day more positively and orderly.
