    trigger warning: disordered eating

This week on Sorry I'm a Bitch we are continuing our discussion on Food Noise and taking a look at the other side of the proverbial coin.

Last week we spoke with a dietitian, and this week Kaylee has a vulnerable and candid interview with Georgi – a young woman who is on her own weight loss journey. The two go real deep into the yo-yo effect of disordered eating, weight gain, discovering healthy habits, the toll of weight loss on one's mental health, weight bias, positive thinking, and self love.

    trigger warning: disordered eating

Welcome back to Season 2 of Sorry I'm a Bitch! The podcast for anyone who's ever been called a bitch before.

We are starting the new year and this new season with our best feet forward. Today we are shining a light on our most popular episode from last season, 'Food Noise.'

In this two-part episode, we are trying out a few new things!

The first one being: Kaylee is now our primary host – and Hannah is shifting into solely a producer role.

The second change is we are now welcoming certified bad-ass-bitches, professional bitches, the smartest of smart bitches, experienced bitches and obviously super hot bitches as guests onto our show.

For part one of 'Food Noise' we have invited Molly Ellis, a certified dietician and Kaylee's certified-favorite sister-in law to join us.

In this episode, Molly amplifies our thoughts on healthy eating, weight loss, and weight loss drugs by offering her professional expertise and insights. Molly discusses what her role as a dietician is like, how she helps people manage their weight and their health – and gives real answers for real people who are currently on their weight loss journey. If you have any questions you have been dying to ask an expert, tune in! Chances are likely Molly will answer them.
