Being placed on 24-hour watch, Charlie is faced with setbacks - harsh work environments, disease, and an old friend who has turned into his enemy. With the threat of being hanged lurking over him, he must go against everything he believes in to stay alive.

Charlie Cooper proudly voted for Millstone. The man had answers to all of the country’s problems, so when his choice wins, he’s thrilled, until the new president reveals his evil side as soon as he’s sworn into office.
