Our life goals need to stretch us to become the person necessary to achieve them. When setting any goal, it is absolutely crucial to make it something we can genuinely see happening in our life. We need to be able to buy 100 percent into the likelihood we can achieve our goal.

Evolvement comes from living, making mistakes which are not really mistakes but learning, walking our talk and sometimes tripping up along the way a few times before we finally get the message about what we need in order to grow. I wrote these poems from the perspective that plant-based eating is the only truly ethical choice; we must treasure and protect our beautiful planet; the Law of Attraction is an accepted reality; and what we feel, say and act upon creates the very life we lead. I feel my role as a poet is to mainly get out of my own way and allow the words to flow through me from my higher self or source.
