Mental Illness is a very hard subject to talk about. As a 'survivor' of major depressive disorder and major anxiety disorder, it's time we talk about it. Having a mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of and should not be taken lightly. In the upcoming months, I will be working on a docu-series regarding mental health.
