Charlotte Clearwater is a heroine that comes from another world named Xegistea. On her planet, her species has the ability to heal themselves and others. Charlotte is the only one that possesses the innate ability to teleport. Her ability is awakened when a comet strikes her planet and effectively wipes out her planet.
