The Dalton family was excited to be moving from the big city in the United States to a small town in another country. They wanted to escape their noisy city life. The small town of Breckonridge, where the Dalton family was about to call home, had been shattered just hours before their plane landed. The Breckonridge Nuclear Power Plant had developed a small crack in one of the reactors. The public warning system was down, so the town of Breckenridge was completely unaware.
