This book was born from a passion. A passion that all humans should feel love for themselves. Hurt people hurt people and loved people love people. After years of working in the healing field, supporting people who were having difficulty loving and taking care of themselves, I decided to pen an honest account about healing from what I have learnt thus far. We cannot be responsible for how others treat us. But we can be responsible for how we treat others. True healing is when you take responsibility at a soul level to heal, to love, to accept and make peace with yourself.
