A brisk wind accompanied the swirl of falling foliage on my head. Clinging to my blanket of leaves, the frigid air permeated through my body, causing me to shiver. With my teeth chattering, I could help but think: Where am I and who am I?

The soft patter of footsteps and the crackling of crisp leaves behind me broke my train of thought. Turning my head to face the oncoming sound, a blurred figure rushed toward me and heaved me over their shoulders.

Between different hues of greens and yellows, a blob of red slowly faded from view. Branches slapped my face as trees swirled around me. My savior, or fiend, pressed on deep into the jungle of branches.

My journey had just begun. The journey to discover who and what I would become.
