The Fate

Was it a remarkable stroke of fate, or destiny which brought John Jacobson and his son together? His son was brought up in a household of hate and mistrust. He left home at an early age to try and seek out some sort of happiness in New York City. During this time, his real father, a truck driver, was unaware of his son's existence. What forces were in play to give his son the idea of leaving New York and heading to Florida? This story is an example of human stamina, integrity, and love beyond our understanding.

The second edition is about a woman, Jane Applebee who decides to move from Denver, Colorado, to Portland, Oregon. What forces were in play to make her want to make such a decision? Was she following her destiny or did Fate have a play in her decision making? She meets a couple in Portland who adopts her as their mother. She in turn adopts them as her children. Possibly the very reason for her move to Portland. Could that possibly be her destiny or had fate something to do with her decision?

In Greek and Roman mythology, there are three goddesses who control human destiny and life: The first spins the thread of life, the second determines its length, and the third cuts it off. What forces come into play that decide where and when we are born and what family we are born into? James Harding was born into wealth and lives his life with riches beyond anyone's imagination.
