Alarcon's journey as an author began with The Day an Angel Ran Into My Room, a children’s book inspired by Wayne Dyer’s spiritual teachings, aimed at helping kids realize their own power to shape their world. She continues to be influenced by modern and late spiritual leaders like Dyer and Louise Hay, weaving their wisdom into her work to guide readers toward self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Having lived in Europe, the United States, and Honduras, Alarcon brings a global perspective to her writing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Boston University and has worked in the field for over 20 years. Since 1994, she has called Miami home, where she lives with her three children and family.
