Annmarie H Pearson is a poet, novelist, mother, grandmother, fiber artist, tai chi enthusiast, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She is active in several supported groups that share her interests, New Mexico State Poetry Society (NMSPS) as a member of the Rio Grande Valencia Poets, Fiber-to-Finish Guild in Belen, N.M., and she is an active member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. She is an alumni of the University of New Mexico. Her poetry has been published in the Playboy Magazine, the Valencia County News-Bulletin, the University of New Mexico's Valley Visions publication, and in several anthologies. She has self-published four Crime genres with sub-genres in adventure, mystery, and family drama, one spiritual genre where she came in as first place winner in the Great Midwest Book Festival, and two poetry-photograph novelty books (her husband, Bill Pearson, is the photographer). In all her publications she was able to be in the top-ten finalist in the New Mexico/Arizona Book Awards on three of her publications.
