Bennie Pollard has spent his entire adult life being the very best he could possibly be. He found his calling early on, set his goals, and went to work! Inspired by his mother and aunt, who both were active hair dressers, Pollard starting cosmetology school in the early 1980’s. He graduated to become a salon owner in 1992, and by the early 2000’s he added manufacturer to his resume. Driven by some of the world’s most influential speakers, Pollard began to make plans towards expanding his mark on the beauty industry. In 2013 he opened Cool Beauty Consulting, a hair care distribution house with heavy focus on education. As a professional speaker, Pollard inspires, motivates, and teaches throughout the nation. His niche is small business with his foundation being in the salon beauty industry.
