Brad began his professional career by becoming a CPA and working for the international accounting firm now known as EY. From there, Brad became an entrepreneurial strategic business adviser and a business lawyer representing every aspect of the closely-held business. He has formed four separate companies, two of which were named nine separate times to the prestigious INC Magazine Fastest Growing Companies in the USA list. He has counseled hundreds of closely-held business owners on their business continuation and succession plans. He has been a board member for a number of both for-profit and non-profit organizations including Fort Pitt Fund, Global Tax Management, General Carbide, The University of Pittsburgh, WISH Foundation, and LaRoche University. Worth Magazine named Brad as one of the top 100 attorneys in the United States. He has attained the highest peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell Rating System, the most recognized attorney rating system. Brad has appeared on Bloomberg TV, Sirius Radio, multiple local radio and television shows, and a variety of podcasts. Brad is the author of Choose Your Own Roles and The Succession Solution. He has also written and been published in numerous professional journals and publications including Forbes, Fox News, U.S. News and World Report, and the United States Supreme Court.
