Carolyn Berghuis is an Inspirational Catholic Speaker, creator of The LIVE Method, author of Understanding the Jesus Code, Traditional Naturopath, retreat leader, and free-lance Catholic writer. With almost 20 years of clinical experience she has come to know that real transformation requires a true body, heart and soul approach. A woman whose compassion and determination are a powerful portrait of the human spirit, Carolyn has discovered the path to real happiness. Carolyn holds a MA in Theology from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology where she did her thesis project on Julian of Norwich. Being an “East” meets “West” type of woman, Carolyn has a unique ability to appreciate truth wherever she sees it. Carolyn also holds a BS in Mathematics, a MS in Holistic Nutrition and a doctoral degree in Naturopathy. Together with her husband of over 30 years, Scott Berghuis, Carolyn enjoys a rich family life with their three beautiful children and their many amazing grandchildren.
