Cory Groshek is an author/blogger, lithium & cobalt investor, musician/entertainer, metaphysician, and founder/CEO of personal growth and development brand Manifestation Machine. He is also known in the music industry as Cory Crush and considered an expert on intermittent fasting in the YouTube fitness community as Low Carb Cory. His first book, 'Breaking Away: Book One of the Rabylon Series', a middle grade fiction novel, was published in December 2016 and his second book, The New Energy Almanac: Lithium Edition (Volume I), a comprehensive collection of every known miner and/or explorer of lithium in existence, was published in February 2018. Cory Groshek was born in 1983 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, the youngest of four children (by five minutes). He began writing short stories and poems at age 11 and producing and recording music at age 17. Since then, he has created his own musical record label and recorded numerous songs (as Cory Crush), operated a successful YouTube fitness channel (as Low Carb Cory), and founded a personal growth and development brand, Manifestation Machine, through which he teaches others to create their own realities via a metaphysical, four-step process called The Four C’s of Successful Manifesting. In late 2014, Groshek opened his first online brokerage account through E-Trade, after which he made one of his first stock purchases—500 shares of a Canadian, junior mining company, Western Lithium, which was engaged in lithium exploration in the state of Nevada. Shortly thereafter, and over the course of only 18 months, he earned nearly three-quarters of a million dollars via private enforcement of an obscure employment/privacy-related law (despite having no legal training), much of which he has used to increase his holdings in companies engaged in the exploration and/or mining of critical metals such as lithium, cobalt, and graphite. In December 2016, Groshek published his first book, ‘Breaking Away: Book One of the Rabylon Series’, a middle-grade novel intended to teach both children and their parents the value of dreaming big, taking risks, trusting one’s gut, and choosing faith over fear in all they do. Since that books publication, he has spent much of his time volunteering at his local library and domestic abuse shelter and donating hundreds of copies of his children’s book to charities and book drives all across America, including his favorite, the Little Free Library organization. His second book, The New Energy Almanac: Lithium Edition (Volume I), published in February 2018, represents the first of many books he intends to publish on the topic of critical metals companies and the broader “new energy” revolution. In December 2017, Groshek founded the Lithium Lovers community on Facebook, which, according to Groshek, is “all about anything and everything lithium-related, from lithium mining/exploration companies (and developments in their related field) to lithium ion battery production/chemistry and the ‘Electric Revolution’, which encompasses every industry that depends upon lithium ion batteries, including the industries for Electric Vehicles (cars, trucks, airplanes, forklifts, etc.), Power/Grid Storage (think Tesla’s Powerwalls, for example), Electronic Devices (smart phones, tablets, power tools, etc.), Military Applications (think laser weapons for fighter jets), etc.” Groshek is an outspoken proponent and practitioner of Universal Law (including the Law of Attraction and Repulsion, the Law of Cause and Effect, etc.) and Hermetic Philosophy, as well as an accomplished metaphysician who earnestly believes that our thoughts become things and that our feelings create our reality, and a man who has dedicated his life to empowering others to become the greatest versions of themselves, via the conscious control of their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, and actions. He currently resides in Green Bay, Wisconsin with his wife and four cats.
