David Hurst is a prolific writer who has written for national newspapers and magazines around the world for the past 30 years, including such as The Guardian, GQ, Esquire, Marie Claire and The Times. He has also written many of the articles you can see on the websites of renowned addiction recovery and rehab centres around the world. He is a Wellbeing Coach, guiding people with the help of his books to wellness from mental health problems or if they need an extra boost in life. The death of his best friend by suicide several years ago led to a life change that saw David travelling with his young family in a motorhome for the past few years around 13 countries covering 40,000 miles and visiting more than 350 friends and family, donating to charity for each visit.
