Ed also leads a non-profit ministry in stewardship and employment with Crown Financial Ministries as US Advisor and Ambassador. Ed leads a virtual team of 26 Career Direct Assessment Consultants across the US and abroad. He is also a MoneyLife Coordinator and MoneyLife Indicator Consultant and works with upwards of 60+ churches. Ed began his career with DEC, where he spent 19 years in Accounting and Customer Operations. He was the General Mgr. of Corporate Customer Service for The Stride Rite Corp. Ed garnered extensive international experience as the Global Director of Customer Admin. with QAD, Inc. He was a VP of Operations and CFO for two distinct high tech venture firms. Prior to moving to career coaching and recruiting, Ed was a licensed (Series 7, 63) Financial Advisor for UBS Financial Services. Ed holds a B.A. from Wilmington University - summa cum laude and undergraduate degree in Accounting. Ed is very active in church, loves to spend time with his family, co-lead bible studies with his wife of 43 years, hike, do jigsaw puzzles, fish for smallmouth bass and as much time as possible with his four (4) grandchildren.
