Silvia, a beautiful and kindhearted woman from Colombia, always called Felisha “Chica,” and their bond was one of mutual respect and friendship. This experience left a lasting impression on Felisha, leading her to embrace the term as a symbol of kindness, beauty, and empowerment. Today, being a “Chica” means being part of a global sisterhood that is committed to living a life of purpose, faith, and abundance. Through leadership training, mentorship, prayer, and faith-based resources, Felisha and her team empower women to break free from limiting beliefs and to manifest the promises that God has for their lives.
