Geleta Parker is a short story author, memoirists, singer and poet. She was born and raised in the tropical islands of Nassau, Bahamas and has resided in the United States for the past 16 years. She is an avid speaker and has been the Speaker of the Hour at numerous churches and conventions in the Orlando and Atlanta surrounding areas. She recently published her very first Memoir titled Beautifully Broken and is currently working on her second book titled Catch & Release which plans to be released this coming winter. She holds a degree in Business and currently working on a Psychology degree with a minor in Education. She is very passionate about serving her community and is a minister at her local church in Acworth, Georgia where she is a part of the praise and worship ministry, Minister: Women of Wisdom (WOW) and frequently facilitates at their weekly Life Groups sessions.
