It explains how to analyze, plan, manage, and evaluate a team's hybrid work arrangement. Hassan is currently a PMO director at Cisco Systems*, where he leads global teams on delivering complex IT projects. Prior to Cisco, he was a manager at Ernst & Young LLP (now EY), where he analyzed failing projects at Fortune 500 companies and recommended solutions to fix them. He was also a research assistant at Harvard University, where he studied issues related to virtual teams.
