After 42 years of many different lived experiences, Jamie has accepted that he may well hold a very real superpower – storytelling with impact. Throughout his 20 years working for multinational corporate companies at senior and board positions, he has enjoyed success and learnt from failure. Coupling this not just with his time spent in leadership, but also within the people engagement industry, he has had every opportunity to put his superpower into practice. Jamie created the sprout model, inspired by not just how stories change lives, but by the gap in storytelling capabilities within the workplace and beyond. Fuelled by the belief in the positive impact that storytelling can have on people, and its universal application, he is on a mission to share this with the world. Today, he helps people to unlock this superpower through his work as an author, speaker, and sprouting (like coaching, but for the sprout model) on a business, team, and individual level.
