Jamie Ripp is the author behind the Paradox Trilogy. She has lived a full and adventurous life as a hostage negotiator, a referee, and a monster slayer. Jamie is the main character of her own personal safari as she fights off mountain lions, has standoffs with bears, and contains flightless aviaries and herds of hoofed wildlife. She has studied battle strategy, visited the rainforest, battled vampires, demons, and courted death with nothing more than a pen and caffeine. Actually, while living in the mountains of Montana, Jamie has come face to face with a mountain lion, slept in a tent alongside a bear, and enjoys feeding her chickens and deer while trekking through three feet of snow. As for a referee and monster slayer, well, she is married and the mother of three. While Jamie has never been in a hostage situation, she has been part of a group chat and has been a prisoner of war within the battalion of three teenagers. While writing, Jamie has played the part of writer and character. She has defeated coven masters, found love among the trees, and courted the Grimm Reaper. In short, she is Super Woman with an imagination, also known as an author, a mother and wife.
