After representing many Elder Law / Medicaid Planning clients, I noticed that the same questions, misconceptions, and concerns kept coming up over and over again, concerning: * How Medicaid works? * How to get Medicaid to pay for long term care (care at home or in a facility) before running out of assets? * Is Medicaid planning legal? * Does one have to wait five years before applying to Medicaid? * Will Medicaid need to get paid back?
