Jennifer Harley Chalmers, Ph.D., and Willard F. Harley, Jr., Ph.D., her father, are licensed psychologists and marriage counselors. For over 25 years they have collaborated to create and improve methods that restore love to marriages. Their primary effort has focused on the recovery of marriage following an affair (Surviving an Affair, Harley/Chalmers, 1998, 2013). Dr. Chalmers is also an international speaker, author, and administrator and developer of the FourGiftsofLove and Foundation4Marriage websites. She and Phil, her husband of over 40 years, teach Four Gifts of Love® Classes together. They have two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren, and live in the Philippines and Minnesota, USA.
