I'm Kelly, a storyteller who grew up exploring the intricate patterns of my family and myself through writing. As one of the "lost girls," I've only recently come to understand that my lifelong sense of "otherness" is a unique brand of neurodivergence. This revelation has brought new layers of understanding and answers to the childhood traumas, dramatic dynamics, and erratic behaviors within my family of origin. Writing has been my sanctuary and a creative outlet that helped me navigate these challenging experiences. True freedom is only fully embodied through an untangled mind. My greatest passion lies in helping those courageous enough to look inward develop self-awareness, break generational patterns, find their voice, and connect with a God who loves and sees them just as they are. I express these themes through poetry, creative nonfiction, and, occasionally, through creative writing classes.
