Our team brings a unique passion to share information about the HECMs (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) and all proprietary products. Thus leading to less than optimal outcomes for people who sacrificed their whole life to get to the point of eligibility. Teaching at the college level combined with their "continuous lifetime learning" philosophy, bridges the gap to never underestimate the phrase, "You don't know what you don't know." This keeps them up at night, figuring out all scenarios and planning perspectives; to help everyone live with freedom and success. By using a strategy and leveraging all available resources they are the advocates behind the scenes to make the math.. make sense and stretch your dollar.
