Kristina Paider – “KP” – is a world-class marketer and storyteller. KP’s executive track record includes overseeing the marketing and research for a $10 billion global hotel advisory company and prior to that, two hotel tech companies, all while moonlighting as a screenwriter. Kristina has developed this work over the span of two decades as she professionally analyzed tens of thousands of scenes, studying what drove the character's success, failure or status quo at every juncture. She applied the concepts to her own life and as well as executives from multi-billion dollar corporations, homeless shelter residents, disaster relief specialists and others in the throes of facing challenges in the pursuit of greatness. She holds an undergrad degree in journalism and international communications from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and a graduate degree from the University of California - Los Angeles in screenwriting. She has worked with the Green Bay Packers, NBC, every major luxury hotel brand in the business, TEDx Cambridge, and a host of characters of all stripes and spots.
