Kyle T. Westra is a pricing strategist who focuses on elevating technology companies. He works with startups through multibillion-dollar global companies to design and execute strategies for product packaging, monetization, and commercialization. He works at the confluence of sales, marketing, and finance to improve clients' profitability through better serving customer needs. He has never played a round of golf and would rather like to keep it that way. His Amazon-bestselling book, The New Invisible Hand: Five Revolutions in the Digital Economy, explores the promise and peril that new technologies are bringing to business strategy. He has also written for publications such as the Washington Post and the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management. Kyle is an avid musician, although he's not very good at remembering lyrics, least of all his own. He co-created Recession Sessions, a financial folk album about the Great Recession, which was featured in media such as NPR, Marginal Revolution, and Freakonomics. He also records under the moniker KTW. A born and raised Mainer, Kyle currently lives in Colorado with his wife, daughters, and dog. He is an active member of the Professional Pricing Society, as well as a graduate of Tufts University and DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
